We use the Trumpf TruLaser Weld 5000 welding device for laser welding.
Our laser welding equipment enables:
weld on one side to a depth of up to 6 mm.;
weld parts up to 12 mm thick on both sides;
to weld together parts of different thicknesses;
add filler if necessary.

Why is laser welding the best solution?
Laser welding makes it possible to weld different materials together very precisely and with such quality that, as a rule, post-processing of the parts is not necessary. Laser welding is the best solution if you need to weld small parts together or weld a lot quickly.
Unlike traditional welding methods, laser welding uses a fine and very precisely directed laser beam, which has a very narrow heat effect area and does not cause wider thermal deformation of the parts to be welded.
Laser welding also makes it possible to effortlessly join together different materials, which conventional welding is either not capable of or requires a lot of quality craftsmanship depending on the master's skills.
What kind of machine do you use for laser welding?
We perform laser welding with the Trumpf TruLaser Weld 5000 laser welding device. This is a high-tech laser welding device from the German industrial equipment manufacturer Trumpf. It is widely used in the engineering and automotive industries. We use the TruLaser Weld 5000 workbench because it is a tool that has proven itself in world practice. Work with it is fast and neat.
If I order laser welding from you, how soon will you make a quote and when will the work be completed?
Whether you want laser welding or any of our other services, we will prepare and send you a quote within a few days of your request. This is if we do not separately agree on a time when the quotation must be ready.
Laser welding itself takes different times. It all depends on the complexity of the project and how much and what needs to be welded. But if the bench is set up according to the project, the work goes quickly.
The waiting time also depends a little on our general workload. If we have a queue ahead of other orders, it will take a little longer to fulfill the order. But with the sequel, laser welding can go very fast.
Does laser welding make it possible to weld together different metals and alloys?
Yes, laser welding makes it possible to weld together such combinations of different metals and/or alloys, in which conventional welding methods fail or require a lot of manual work. This is also one of the reasons why laser welding is becoming more and more popular.
Laser welding is perfect for fast and neat welding work, when it is necessary to weld together parts made of, for example, stainless steel and aluminum, stainless steel and titanium, or aluminum and copper.
Laser welding is not suitable when it is necessary to weld together metals with opposite properties, for example metals with high and low thermal conductivity or metals whose welded joints remain brittle due to the properties of the materials. But such cases are rather rare, and in general, laser welding allows you to weld all the necessary things together.
Can metal parts of different thicknesses be welded together?
Yes, because laser welding does not leave a large seam mark, because the narrow laser beam does not take up much space, things of different thicknesses can be joined very successfully with laser welding.
Does laser welding also create stresses in the material?
Yes, like all other welding methods, laser welding creates stresses in the material, but compared to other methods, these stresses are minimal due to the technical characteristics of laser welding.
I don't have a drawing, just a hand-sketched sketch. Do you also make an accurate production drawing based on it?
Yes, we do. However, the production drawing time depends on several factors. The main ones are the quality of the sketch and the complexity of the project. Since laser welding is a complex process, the principle of measuring nine times, welding once applies here.

Yes, we do. However, the production veto time depends on several factors. The most important of them are the quality of the draft and the complexity of the project. If there is something missing in the draft, for example, we have to ask you what you can do. If the project is complex, drawing inevitably takes more time.
When the drawing is ready, we will send it to you for approval, and only then will we begin to fulfill the order itself.
You are outside Tallinn, how do we organize the transport of raw material and finished parts?
Unfortunately, we do not provide practical help in logistics matters. There are many players and opportunities to rent a suitable means of transport in this market. If the car has a trolley hook, you can even rent a trailer from a gas station. If there is a car rental app in nutifon, you can also find the nearest available van there.
In fact, laser welding is only one part of the work required. Do you also offer complete solutions?
Yes, of course, within the capabilities of our machine tools, we offer complete solutions, one stage of which may include laser welding. A complete solution means that we take care of all the work, from drawing up production drawings based on a sketch to carrying out all the work necessary for a given project.
