Laser cutting is the cutting of metal with a laser beam. Laser cutting allows you to cut metal parts with high precision and practically without loss. Laser cutting is ideal for cutting out small and/or complex details from sheet metal.
We use the TruLaser 5030 6 kW CO2 machine for laser cutting.
This can cut:
- black steel up to 25 mm thick;
- stainless steel up to 25 mm thick;
- aluminum with a thickness of up to 15 mm;
- vaske ja vase sulameid;
- titanium.
The maximum size of the metal sheet to be cut is 3000×1500 mm.

Why is laser cutting the best solution?

We do laser cutting with TruLaser 5030 workbenches. TruLaser 5030 is a high-tech laser cutting machine from the German industrial equipment manufacturer Trumpf. It is widely used in the engineering and automotive industries. We use the TruLaser 5030 workbench, because laser cutting with it is fast, smooth and practically without material loss.
If I order laser cutting from you, how soon will you make a quote and when will the work be completed?
Whether you want laser cutting or one of our other services, we will prepare and send you a quote within a few days after your request. This is if we do not separately agree on a time when the quotation must be ready.
Laser cutting itself takes different times. Everything depends on the material to be cut and the complexity of the cut. The thinner the material and the simpler the cut, the faster the laser cutting goes, even for larger orders.
The waiting time also depends a little on our general workload. If we have a queue ahead of other orders, it will take a little longer to fulfill the order. But when the sequel is in hand, laser cutting can go very quickly.
Can laser cutting also cut copper?
Laser cutting allows you to cut practically all materials. Including copper and its alloys.
How straight is a laser cut part?
Laser cutting is currently a valued method in the industry and the future trend of cutting precisely because it allows for very detailed and straight cutting. The thinner and softer the material, the straighter the cutting line remains, but even with thick and hard materials, laser cutting leaves the cutting line within the permissible error, which is measured in fractions of a millimeter.
Can the hole made with laser cutting be threaded?
Of course you can. We do this work regularly and can confirm that the threads remain of high quality. We have also been able to make an M4 thread into 10mm material.
I don't have a drawing, just a hand-sketched sketch. Do you also make an accurate production drawing based on it?
Yes, we do. However, the production drawing time depends on several factors. The main ones are the quality of the sketch and the complexity of the project. If the sketch is missing, for example, measurements, we have to ask you about them, which takes time. If the project is complex, drawing will inevitably take more time.

Unfortunately, we do not provide practical help in logistics matters. There are many players and opportunities to rent a suitable means of transport in this market. If the car has a trolley hook, you can even rent a trailer from a gas station. If there is a car rental app in nutifon, you can also find the nearest available van there.
In fact, laser cutting is only one part of the work required. Do you also offer complete solutions?
Yes, of course, within the capabilities of our machine tools, we offer complete solutions, one stage of which may include laser cutting. A complete solution means that we take care of all the work, from drawing up production drawings based on a sketch to carrying out all the work necessary for a given project.
